Our goal is to ensure your home workouts are high-energy and worry-free, backed by a straightforward claims process.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.
Prepare the Equipment
Carefully disassemble any rebounders and place all components, including bungees and tools, back into the original shipping box to ensure safe transit.
Attach Your Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping barcodes.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects the equipment for signs of wear, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
